About the role
Build and ship production systems that support live DeFi trading, tackling technically demanding problems in a fast-moving market. Own engineering work end to end as a core individual contributor on a lean team. Candidates should have strong software engineering experience, ideally building production systems in trading, fintech, or other high-performance environments, and proficiency in a systems language such as C++, Java, C#, or Rust. They must demonstrate a track record of shipping real systems through professional experience or technical achievements; crypto experience is not required.
