About the role
Maintain and evolve cryptographic applications on distributed and mainframe environments, providing L2/L3 production support and resolving cryptographic and transaction-related incidents. Manage application integrations with HSMs, implement agreed changes, follow ITSM processes, maintain operational documentation, and collaborate with key management, HSM, certificate management, and vendor teams. Candidates need at least three years of application maintenance, application support, or production support experience on mission-critical systems, preferably in banking or payments, and technical experience with IBM z/OS technologies or Java/C/C++. They should understand applied cryptography and ITSM processes, be fluent in Italian and English, and be willing to undergo client background checks.
