About the role
Build and ship production systems that support live DeFi trading. Own engineering work end to end and solve technically demanding problems as part of a lean team. Candidates should have strong software engineering experience, ideally building production systems in trading, fintech, or another high-performance environment. They should be proficient in a systems language such as C++, Java, C#, or Rust and have demonstrated that they can ship real systems; Python is not used in this role.
